Walter Denham, P.L.S.
President
Walter, a Kentucky native, has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 2007 and has over 25 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial surveying. While surveying in Virginia, he completed a five year Land Surveying Apprenticeship Program in 2003.
Walter has been married to his wife, Sandy, since 1995. His two children, Sean and Kathryn, are currently attending college.
Walter is the elected County Surveyor for Oldham County.
Bill Knizner, P.L.S.
Secretary
Bill, a Pennsylvania native, has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 2023. He moved to LaGrange, Ky in 2003 and started surveying with Garber-Chilton Engineers and Land Surveyors. He has been involved in all aspects of land surveying.
Bill has three boys, Dean, twins Myles and Blake, all attending Oldham County schools.
Jim Brammell, P.E, P.L.S.
Jim, a Kentucky native, has been a licensed Engineer in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 1986. His career has included work in engineering, construction, planning, and operations. In 2011, he was the Chief Engineer on a team which received ASCE’s prestigious award for “Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement”, a recognition which had participants from around the world.
Jim has been married to his wife, Dianne, for 40 years. They have three adult children.
